Job Title: Plumbing Branch Manager

At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive success in the Southeast region. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, training and developing technicians, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with passion and accountability, ensuring a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Train, develop, and retain service and installation technicians to foster a high-performing team.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that aligns with our professional standards.
  • Uphold our "white collar" image in the "blue collar" industry.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and profit growth for the branch.
Additional Duties:
  • Conduct and present technical and communication training for the team.
  • Approve and finalize payroll.
  • Perform routine performance reviews and manage technician schedules.
  • Conduct job site visits and technician ride-alongs.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and profit success.
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain a professional business image.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and follow up on the permitting process.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the plumbing industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team success and growth.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to connect, listen, and understand team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness in all business dealings.
