The role is based in Richland, Washington, and involves working on-site 5 days a week. This long-term W2 contract (with potential for extension) presents an excellent opportunity for candidates to utilize their skills in project scheduling and management.

Senior or staff-level schedulers are encouraged to apply, with pay bands ranging from $60 to $79 per hour. Depending on experience level, staff schedulers can earn between $60 and $70 per hour, while senior schedulers can command rates between $71 and $79 per hour.

A comprehensive benefits package is included, featuring medical and dental coverage, as well as a daily per diem allowance of $185.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear Engineering, or Technology), with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera Scheduling and basic scheduling techniques.
  • Primavera 106 Training Certification or at least 4 years of experience using Primavera.
  • Experience with report development (Crystal Reports) and database analysis.
  • PMP certification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling project activities (date, time, sequence) for Nuclear or Engineering Projects.
  • Maintaining schedules between Passport and Primavera tools.
  • Assisting project managers with developing detailed schedules for on-line, outage, and life-cycle projects, including Enterprise Risk.
  • Resolving schedule conflicts and ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Supporting the development of long-term project schedules.
