We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant I to join our Primary Care team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the ambulatory setting
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and professional development
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Massachusetts
- At least 4 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a primary care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
