Job Summary

The Brigham and Women's Primary Care Physician Assistant I is a vital member of the Primary Care team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages. As a licensed provider, you will work closely with patients, medical staff, and the public to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage various patient populations, including pediatric and adult primary care.
  • Develop and implement appropriate plans of care, based on diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and the public, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines and procedures, adapting and applying them as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Primary Care team to ensure timely and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
  • State licensure as a Certified Physician Assistant.
  • 0-1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferred for PA II role.
  • Ability to maintain quality control standards, react calmly in emergency situations, and communicate effectively.
