Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Coordinator to join our team at Trios Health. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to plan, provide, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments to identify care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet patient needs.
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with Washington State Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission rules and regulations, current nursing practice standards, and hospital policies.
- Delegate selected nursing functions to others in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
- Supervise and monitor the completion of delegated tasks.
- Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred).
