Orthopaedic Care Specialist

Tri-City Orthopaedic Clinic, P.S.C. is seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical and surgical care to our patients.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Allied Health Provider who can provide diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic remediation, and surgical assistance under the supervision of our physicians. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and maintain patient health by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician.
- Contribute to a physician's efficiency by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues.
- Recommends options and courses of action for patient care.
- Implements physician directives.
- Assesses patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations.
- Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests.
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Performs therapeutic procedures by administering injections and managing wounds and infections.
- Instructs and counsels patients by providing normal growth and development information and providing counseling on emotional problems of daily living.
- Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient-management plans.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
- Washington State License appropriate for credential (i.e. PA or NP).
- CPR Certification.
- Previous Orthopaedic experience preferred.
