Job Title: Allied Health Provider

Tri-City Orthopaedic Clinic, P.S.C. is seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical and surgical care to our patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Allied Health Provider who can provide diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic remediation, and surgical assistance under the supervision of our physicians. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and maintain patient health by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician.
  • Contribute to a physician's efficiency by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues.
  • Recommends options and courses of action for patient care.
  • Implements physician directives.
  • Assesses patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations.
  • Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests.
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Performs therapeutic procedures by administering injections and managing wounds and infections.
  • Instructs and counsels patients by providing normal growth and development information and providing counseling on emotional problems of daily living.
  • Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient-management plans.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
  • Washington State License appropriate for credential (i.e. PA or NP).
  • CPR Certification.
  • Previous Orthopaedic experience preferred.
