Wound Care Coordinator Job Description

At Trios Health, we are committed to making communities healthier. As a Wound Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to plan, provide, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform initial and ongoing patient assessment to determine patient care needs.
  • Develop, initiate, and resolve individualized plans of care according to unit standards.
  • Deliver nursing care following Washington State Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission rules and regulations, current nursing practice standards, and hospital policies.
  • Delegate selected nursing functions to others in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
  • Supervise those to whom tasks have been delegated, monitoring for completion and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
