Nursing Educator Role for Clinical Excellence

About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity to shape the future of nursing practice and contribute to the growth and development of our nurses. As a Nursing Educator, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that meet the needs of our nursing staff.
Job Responsibilities- Clinical Education: Develop and deliver educational programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our nurses, including classroom instruction, clinical experiences, and simulation-based training.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty members and subject matter experts to design and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our nursing program.
- Evaluation and Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and assess the learning needs of our nursing staff.
- Professional Development: Support the professional growth and development of our nurses through mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative educational strategies that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Nursing or related field is required.
- Clinical Experience: Five years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least two years in a leadership or education role.
- Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching and education, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) retirement plan. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.
