Nursing Assistant Role in Intensive Care Setting

Compensation: $22.75 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team in a clinically intensive program that caters to individuals with brain injuries or behavioral conditions, along with complex health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This may involve administering medication, assisting with daily routines, and promoting independence through rehabilitation values and principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
- Assist individuals to become more integrated into their communities
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Current C.N.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
- Strong time management and writing skills
- CPR, First Aid certification within 2 weeks of employment
- MAP certification within 150 days of employment
- Able to pass CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA certification, and driving record checks
