Job Title: Hospice Clinical Director

Location: Central Massachusetts

Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

The Hospice Clinical Director will provide guidance and mentorship to a wonderful clinical team that includes two Hospice Clinical Managers.

This is an incredible opportunity to be the top clinical leader and a key decision maker for this organization's Hospice division.

The ideal candidate will be a hospice expert with a passion for leadership and a proven track record of success in overseeing hospice programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the hospice program
  • Mentor and develop the skills of the clinical team members
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with referral partners to build relationships and grow the hospice program

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in nursing or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospice care, including leadership and management roles
  • Proven track record of success in overseeing hospice programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
