About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Cardiac Stepdown specialist at Tenet Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to take on a challenging role and make a meaningful impact in patient care.

Job Summary

This position involves providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of assigned patients on a per shift basis. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in cardiac stepdown care and a strong understanding of hospital policies and procedures. You will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring that high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered to all patients.

A competitive salary of $123,000-$145,000 per year, depending on experience, is available for this role, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and 401k plans.
