Job Summary: Commonwealth Senior Living at Cedar Manor is seeking a Community Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our community, including resident rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the community
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
  • Follow established safety protocols when using equipment and supplies
  • Collect trash and recyclables from rooms, offices, lounges, and bathrooms
  • Assist in setting up events and activities in the dining room, activity room, and living room
  • Report any needed repairs to maintenance personnel or Executive Director

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of housekeeping experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Compensation: $25,000 - $35,000 per year (based on 40 hours per week)
