About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Provider Enrollment Support Specialist to join our team at Arietis Health. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless enrollment and credentialing of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Manage the intake of enrollment and credentialing requests for new and existing providers
  • Handle and respond to department emails and phone calls with inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Set up new providers within enrollment and billing platforms
  • Review and respond to internal and external information requests related to provider enrollment
  • Send and monitor receipt of enrollment applications
  • Perform as a solid team player and work closely with staff
  • Represent the office to internal and external customers as appropriate
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years' experience in office setting or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience in working with reports, spreadsheets, and Excel
  • Problem-solving abilities and excellent customer relation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA guidelines
