4. Collaborate with legal professionals to comprehend and execute specific client billing requirements.
5. Develop and enforce rate code protocols to align with client agreements and industry standards.
6. Supervise accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of invoices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal billing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in legal billing software, particularly eBilling Hub or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of rate code procedures and legal billing compliance.
- Experience in managing and developing billing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with attorneys and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage accounts receivable and enhance collection efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
