About the Role

Sherman Oaks Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulations.
  • Function as the first line interface with customers and ensure their imaging needs are met.
  • Participate in quality control activities to ensure high-quality images.
  • Process and transmit images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
Requirements
  • Current Certification in Radiologic Technology (CRT) issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
  • Obtain fluoroscopy permit from CDPH within 6 months of hire.
  • Obtain venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification.
  • Familiarity with State and Federal regulations.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Graduate of a program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
  • At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Sherman Oaks Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated starting compensation for this role is $32.00 per hour, and the actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, and credentials.
