ResponsibilitiesAs a Radiology Technician, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and regulatory standards. You will serve as the primary interface with patients, ensuring their imaging needs are met effectively. Participation in performance improvement and quality control activities is essential. You will also be responsible for the processing and transmission of images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current CRT issued by CDPH
2. Current fluoroscopy permit issued by CDPH
3. Venipuncture certificate required within 3 months of hire
4. ARRT-R certification is mandatory
5. Familiarity with State and Federal regulations
6. Current BCLS (AHA) certification
7. Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES
8. Preferred: At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
9. Proficient computer skills are essential.
Sherman Oaks Hospital offers competitive compensation, with a reasonable estimate for this role being $30.00. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
