Job Summary

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a medical office setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
  • Evaluate patient learning needs and provide education to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
  • Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
