Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the preoperative, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia care units
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Implement aseptic techniques and maintain a safe environment
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Current RN licensure in the state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1-3 years of experience in perioperative nursing
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred
- Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
