About the Role

We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at AH Rocky Mountain. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data.
  • Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.
  • Demonstrate competency in a variety of therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including but not limited to IVs, incision/wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections.
Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program.
  • Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
  • BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • One year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to NICU.
