We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at AH Rocky Mountain. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data.
- Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.
- Demonstrate competency in a variety of therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including but not limited to IVs, incision/wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections.
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program.
- Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
- BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- One year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to NICU.
