Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at iQon Hospitality. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
