Lube Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our guests' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve fast, easy, and trusted services.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work weekends
• Eagerness to learn, friendly attitude, and desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
