Job Description:Barback/Busser ensuring bartenders/servers are well equipped and service, as well as accomodating bartender/servers with everything needed to ensure a smooth service.
Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing the bar top and cocktail tables.
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing.
• Clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes immediately, and remove empty bottles and trash.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance.
• Re-stocking work areas to support the bartenders.
• Running drinks to tables for our guests.
• Washing and maintaining bar glassware.
• Accurately pouring beer and wine for bartenders when they are impacted.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers. Stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer, and replace empty beer kegs.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment in food service areas and other areas of the bar.
• Wipe tables and seats with sanitizing cloths, and replace dirty tablecloths.
• Garnish foods/drinks, and position them on tables to make them visible and accessible.
• Mix and prepare flavors for mixed drinks.
• Cutting garnishes for bar use.

Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required.
• Customer service focused and solution-oriented.
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on our restaurant needs.
