GENERAL SUMMARY:Ohana Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving high quality  drinks,  and ensuring that our patrons are satisfied in both  the consumable  products and  customer service that they experience at our facility . Ohana  Bartender will also be responsible for accurately measuring and serving drinks and edibles to our customers in a timely, customer centric fashion. Bartenders must also have diligent, detail oriented measuring and reporting to ensure that we fall within Bureau of Cannabis Control's regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish Ohana Cannabis Co. as the go-to cannabis dispensary in Bay Area.
• Educate consumers on the positive aspects of cannabis in order to drive the normalization of use.
• Create hand crafted , high quality beverage.
• Be and advocate for the Ohana and provide top level customer service.
• Curate a welcoming environment for patrons of our dispensary and onsite consumption lounge.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• 2-3 years bartending experience.
• Must be enthusiastic and self-driven.
• Strong presentation and relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Preferably  21+ years old.
