Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including grounding, bonding, nitrogen inerting, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and exhaust ventilation procedures.
  • Wear suitable attire, including ESD footwear, long pants, and long-sleeved shirts.
  • Execute a range of production tasks, which encompass setting up machinery, adjusting and operating equipment, monitoring equipment functionality, and conducting product inspections and tests.
  • Measure, mix, and add ingredients as dictated by established procedures and batch records.
  • Conduct visual inspections of all materials utilized and produced.
  • Operate various support machinery, including mixers, balances, pumps, mills, granulators, timers, and controllers.
  • Perform work assignments and manage computer transactions accurately to maintain inventory levels.
  • Carry out calculations using diverse units of measurement with precision.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by adhering to departmental 6S standards and reporting any unsafe practices or conditions to supervisors.
  • Meet quality and production targets consistently.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and verbal directives, seeking guidance from supervisors when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and lead operators, ensuring a supportive atmosphere and smooth information transfer between shifts.
  • Complete all required verifications and documentation accurately and neatly.
