About the Role

Parker & Sons is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team of experienced professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-notch plumbing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair common and complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
  • Perform plumbing services, including water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement, and drain cleaning
  • Utilize conventional sewer machines to resolve plumbing issues
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of residential service and repair experience, with a strong focus on diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing systems
  • Leak location and repair experience is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
  • Results-driven individual with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet climates
