We're seeking a Personal Banker to join our team at our Leavenworth location. As a Personal Banker, you'll play a key role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing personalized banking solutions and exceptional customer service.

• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported in their financial journeys.
• Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, educating customers on the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet sales and service goals.
• Meet personal and branch sales and customer service expectations, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1+ years sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience working in an environment with individual and team sales goals preferred.

As a Personal Banker at Commerce Bank, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $19.50 to $23.75 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through our quarterly incentive program.
