About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires candidates to be in the Boston area for an initial 2-4 week training on our technical product. After training, you will work from the Albuquerque area, collaborating with our team to provide technical solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and solutions to our clients, working closely with our development team.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to troubleshoot, debug, and configure systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our technical product.
  • Participate in the development of new features and functionality, working closely with our product team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' industry work experience in a technical role.
  • BS: Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with development teams and communicate technical ideas to clients.
  • Ability to read code, troubleshoot, debug, and configure systems (Java and JS ideal).
  • Knowledge of engineering tooling (CAD, Matlab, SysML, PLM, etc.) a plus.
