Job Title: Senior IT Architect

Job Summary:

This position provides architecture support for one large project or a few small to mid-sized projects. The Sr. Architect is responsible for supporting strategic solutions and architectures that fulfill specific business and technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage key stakeholders to identify business and technology-enabled innovation opportunities that enable and drive business outcomes through Business Process Mapping
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership and Business Development & Strategy
  • Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all architecture design and analysis work
  • Research and provide information related to the adoption of emerging technology trends, disruptions, and practices relevant to assigned domain
  • Engage key stakeholders to identify business and technology-enabled innovation opportunities that enable and drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related experience including a minimum of 1 year designing, building and maintaining high quality, security software in IT or can use relevant business experience
  • High proficiency in modern technologies and languages, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/PaaS, and application integration technologies
  • Critical Thinker
  • Problem Solving Techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in health care or insurance industries
  • AWS Certification or Exposure (Architect, Sysops, Developer)
  • Service Now experience

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelors - Computer and Information Science
  • AWS - Amazon Web Services Certified Developer - Associate - Enterprise - Enterprise
  • AWS - Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect - Associate - Enterprise - Enterprise
  • AWS - Amazon Web Services Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate - Enterprise - Enterprise
  • TOGAF - The Open Group Architecture Framework - Enterprise - Enterprise
