Key Responsibilities:

- Informing business owners about the compensation structure for songwriters and their obligations under copyright regulations.
- Collaborating within a dynamic team environment with defined targets and goals.
- Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding SESAC's services.
- Identifying and researching potential businesses that may require licensing agreements.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong listening skills with an emphasis on understanding client needs.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions with potential clients.
- Self-driven, reliable, and capable of remaining productive with minimal oversight.
- Proficient in negotiation and motivated to achieve established targets.
- Effective time management skills with a history of meeting deadlines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with copyright laws is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated sales experience is essential.
- Experience with Salesforce is considered a plus.
