Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Director, Scholarship Manager to join our team at UMass Amherst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the university's scholarship management program, including supervising staff and providing training to stakeholders.

Main Functions:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of Blackbaud Award Management (BBAM).
  2. Develop and maintain knowledgebase and training materials for campus partners.
  3. Work closely with Financial Aid and IT departments to ensure accurate data and system integration.
  4. Recommend improvements to the scholarship process and implement strategic plans.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data sharing policies.
  6. Collaborate with Enrollment Management leadership to stay current with emerging technologies.
