Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of our technical environment, including infrastructure, applications, and data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technical environment is aligned with business needs and supports our strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement technical standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in our technical environment.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that our technical environment is secure and reliable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in technical leadership and infrastructure management.
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in environment and/or release management.
- Experience building and managing diverse, effective teams.
- Demonstrable experience with delivering complex programs with diverse technologies.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
