  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

  • Contribute to a culture of safety, reporting concerns and near misses, and participating in root cause analysis.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
  • ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications.
  • One year of experience as a licensed RN.
