Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, nursing interventions, pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education to meet the needs of patients with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices.
- Travel within the area (up to 200 miles) to meet patients' needs, while creating your own schedule to ensure flexibility and work-life balance.
- Collaborate with the prescribing physician, patient, and caregivers as needed to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, as well as communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- 3 years of RN experience with 24/7 accountability.
- Ability to complete the Intrathecal Nurse Fellowship Orientation program.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a resourceful, proactive problem solver.
- ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience.
- Solid understanding of chronic pain/rehab principles.
- BSN degree.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
- Estimated full-time base annual salary: $80,000-$85,000.
