Position Overview:

The role of the Customer Support Representative involves engaging with Medicaid members through both inbound and outbound communications, ensuring they are well-informed about their healthcare plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting calls to Medicaid members to provide updates regarding their health plans.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and administrative assistance to clients and the general public.
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding clients through the appointment process while receiving applications for services.
  • Offering comprehensive information on departmental programs and services.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple monitors simultaneously.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage over 50 calls daily.
