  • Prior experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Effective communication abilities with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and completing reports accurately.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are crucial.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks including cleaning and stocking.
  • Willingness to work independently or collaboratively, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in cooler environments for limited periods.
  • Tolerance for exposure to cleaning products and gasoline fumes.
