Requirements

  • Proven track record of relationship-based business development with a minimum of seven years of related commercial lending experience.
  • Strong credit analysis skills and proficiency in standard computer/software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and structural components to a variety of people.
Physical Requirements

The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting, requiring occasional lifting and/or exerting up to ten pounds of force. The position involves frequent, sustained periods of sitting and standing, as well as regular travel to client locations and community events.
