Key Responsibilities:
  • Estate Administration: Oversee all facets of the probate process, including the preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, conducting tax projections, and coordinating the preparation of income tax returns for both individuals and fiduciaries.
  • Trust Administration: Manage the preparation of fiduciary accountings, beneficiary distributions, tax planning, and the coordination of fiduciary income tax return preparation.
