Cancer Care Specialist

Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation seeks a skilled Cancer Care Specialist - Radiation Therapy to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Radiation Therapist who can administer radiation treatment according to department policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient management skills and be able to demonstrate knowledge of Dosimetry calculations and radiation treatment parameters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Treating patients using record and verify systems (ARIA preferred)
- Demonstrating knowledge of physics and human anatomy
- Safely operating Linear Accelerators (Varian Preferred)
- Measuring electron block outputs and constructing accurate patient blocking materials
- Applying and treating with the SDX machine
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an ARRT certified program
- An Arizona Radiation Therapist License
- ARRT certification
- BLS/RQI (American Heart Association) certification
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Radiation Therapist
