Job Title: Biotechnology Associate/Manufacturing Specialist

Job Overview:

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Biotechnology Associate/Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for the production of therapeutic proteins under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute process recipes and follow written procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality product production.
  • Monitor equipment and processes to identify and resolve any issues that may impact product quality or production efficiency.
  • Perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH, conductivity, sampling, and conduct routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility and equipment.
  • Develop a basic understanding of cGMP compliance and demonstrate aseptic technique in handling of products and materials.
  • Set up, operate equipment, and monitor production processes, including clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations.
  • Report production in written and electronic documents in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMPs) and good documentation procedures (GDPs).
  • Qualify for all assigned tasks and maintain individual training plan.
  • Perform material movements, transfer raw materials, chemicals into, out of, across the production areas.
  • Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization, support 6S programs.
  • Participate in administrative tasks, such as attending meetings, sending/receiving emails, and participating in projects.

  • Candidates with a background in manufacturing, combined with a scientific degree, manufacturing experience, or courses/interests in science are welcome.
