POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for managing incoming requests for Adult and Juvenile files through the Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) and ensuring accurate updates of file locations.
  • Handling the reception, organization, and re-filing of returned files.
  • Processing and filing various incoming documents.
  • Identifying and locating misplaced files.
  • Directing problematic files to the Supervisor for resolution.
  • Managing incoming phone calls and providing assistance as needed.
  • Performing mailroom responsibilities, including preparing outgoing mail for distribution.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail efficiently.
  • Addressing issues with misrouted mail and coordinating with the Supervisor.
  • Executing reception duties, including answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintaining a log for visitors and appointments, ensuring the sign-in/out board is updated, along with other related tasks.
