- Manage the logistics of blood collection, including coordinating with donors, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
- Drive our fleet vehicles, including box trucks, to transport blood and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goal of providing world-class blood products and services.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and insurability by our insurance carrier.
- Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
