  • Conduct regular virtual sessions with students for personalized or small group instruction.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with students' families to discuss progress, address any issues, and collaborate on educational strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred).
  • Valid Special Education certification for the state of Ohio.
  • Proven experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a remote or online setting.
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools and educational technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with students and their families.
