New Age Security Systems (NASS) stands at the forefront of electronic security integration across the Western region.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive full-time professional to collaborate closely with our banking clientele. This role entails configuring IP surveillance cameras, Video Management Systems (VMS), and alarm systems. A solid understanding of Information Technology is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot devices within the client's network. Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves acting as a liaison between New Age Security Systems and our banking partners. The position includes a combination of onsite and remote work, with flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Conduct remote diagnostics of security devices within the client’s network
- Offer remote technical assistance to field technicians
- Address security incidents through appropriate communication channels
Administrative Duties:
- Participate in meetings focused on security matters
- Perform data entry, document processing, filing, and general office support as required
- Report to the NASS Operations Manager regarding all banking-related concerns
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in physical security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control
- Familiarity with DMP, Exacq Vision, and Parabit systems is advantageous
- Exceptional computer skills and verbal communication abilities are essential
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision is crucial
