Territory Business Developer

The Territory Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth within their designated territory. This position requires a strong leader who can develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales process in the territory, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Open new implanting centers and develop additional business at existing centers within the designated territory.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments of hospitals to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Assist with implant procedures and conduct follow-up visits as needed.
- Manage area budgets and successfully acquire new customers to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and develop stable, long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer care and support.
- Conceive and implement screening programs in hospitals and outpatient practices to increase market share.
- Optimize planning and reporting of customer visits to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Recruit new Study-Center - Registry and HF, and monitor the implementation of new programs.
- Provide technical support for implantation and follow-up visits, and train new employees as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 5+ years' experience in the cardiac device industry required.
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong business relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a working knowledge of financial aspects of structuring agreements.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments effectively, with extensive travel required.
