We are excited to announce an opening for a Location Manager within our organization.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Location Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing transportation routes, managing a team of 50 to 100+ members, and coordinating fleet assignments specific to their operational area. Through strategic planning, effective communication, and seamless execution, the Location Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of their division. A successful candidate will prioritize enhancing both our workforce and operational processes.

Our services encompass shuttle, bus, charter, and valet operations, ensuring we deliver innovative methods to facilitate movement for people and communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a safety-first mindset across all operations.
  • Provide clear guidance and define roles for Supervisors and team members.
  • Lead daily safety briefings and engage with the Driver team.
  • Ensure efficient execution of daily operations and transportation services, meeting all performance objectives.
  • Manage, schedule, train, and mentor Drivers, Supervisors, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to reinforce safety and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the training department to enhance driver performance and address safety and service concerns.
  • Review Safety Score Card results and key performance indicators with Supervisors and Drivers.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential team members to support organizational growth.
  • Conduct on-road evaluations of drivers to ensure adherence to driving principles.
  • Work with the Fleet Team on vehicle maintenance to minimize service downtime.
  • Assist in the establishment of new locations, including driver recruitment, training, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Partner with the People and Culture Team to address team member issues and performance challenges.
  • Understand and fulfill all client contractual obligations.
  • Implement additional projects and initiatives as required.
  • Build relationships with service providers to enhance shuttle operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Possess a valid Driver's license, with a Commercial Driver's license and P endorsement, or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Hold an active US DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire one within 90 days.
  • Experience managing a shuttle program with commercially licensed drivers.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands, including occasional after-hours work.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
