Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpentry Technician Support Specialist to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our handyman/technician staff on day-to-day projects and work orders, and help them with any issues or problems that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals on all skilled trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our handyman/technician staff.
  • Help resolve issues and problems that arise on projects and work orders.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage employees and delegate tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with maintenance & construction skilled trades.
  • Experience working with self-performing labor.
  • Self-performer with minimal guidance required.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage employees and delegate tasks.
