Key Responsibilities

  • Operate iPad and computerized systems to check-in guests, board flights, and perform various tasks in the lobby check-in, gate, and baggage areas.
  • Assist guests with disabilities, including pushing wheelchairs, and provide additional support as needed.
  • Manage guest complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve guest satisfaction and promote a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or community service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, push/pull 50 lbs, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Ability to learn and use iPad and computerized systems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
