Job Title: Clinical Informatics Specialist

The MetroHealth System is seeking a skilled Clinical Informatics Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in evaluating clinical workflows and processes, designing technical solutions to optimize system usability, and addressing regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
- Evaluate clinical workflows/processes and design technical solutions to optimize system usability
- Address regulatory requirements and promote Meaningful Use
- Serve as liaison between clinical and technical disciplines
- Support system adoption efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN), Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3 years of clinical and/or operational experience
- 2 years of experience working with clinical computer systems
- Knowledge of clinical best practices, operations, policies, procedures, workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have access to reliable transportation to travel to different sites within The MetroHealth System.
