Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs for children that are safe, enriching, and recreational
- Provide guidance and support to Child Care staff, including Leader I and Child Care Assistant
- Collaborate with the Child Care program Administrator to ensure program success
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with school-age students in a summer camp or after school setting
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to plan activities and manage groups of students
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 12 or more core units of Early Childhood Education preferred
