We are seeking a full-time OB-GYN specialist to join our team at our Alexandria Medical Center.

As a specialist in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients. What You Can Expect:
  • Provide full scope OB-GYN care for a panel of patients with access to in-house sub-specialists, including perinatology, urogynecology, and gynecologic oncology.
  • Enjoy a reasonable call schedule and unscheduled time pre and post call.
  • Document visit notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR for seamless care coordination.
Minimum Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility.
  • Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • Work visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants.
MAPMG Physicians:
  • Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care.
  • Communicate thoughtfully (listen, educate, advocate).
  • Lead with integrity.
  • Value teamwork.
  • Are transparent and honest.
  • Go "above and beyond" for their patients.
We Provide You:
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Pathway for physicians to become shareholders of MAPMG.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums, a pension plan, and 401(k), life insurance, and paid leave.
  • Complete professional liability coverage provided at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities.
  • A concierge service that works directly with you to apply for all required state, CDS, and DEA licenses.

The starting annual salary for this position is $325,000, which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.

MAPMG is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment for our physicians. We encourage applicants of any race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin who value diversity and will commit to practicing culturally competent healthcare.
